How It All Started
Meet Gus Nassar
Gus introduced San Antonio to its first ever Gourmet Pizzeria back in 1986. The concept of crossing cultural boundaries in the culinary world was still new, but Gus had a vision to create a uniquely handcrafted pizza for everyone. He did so successfully, and became an instant favorite in San Antonio. This establishment is now called Rome’s Pizza.
